Offer Eligibility & Terms
To qualify for the New Client Promotion:

Project must be a first-time Align Exhibits client engagement.

Exhibit space of 200 square feet or greater.

Complimentary labor applies to standard installation and dismantle services up to the promotional allowance of $25,000.

Complimentary transportation applies only to exhibit assets staged at Align Exhibits' Orlando facility and transported between the Align warehouse and the Orange County Convention Center (venue or advance warehouse are eligible).

Offer does not include inbound transportation of client-owned assets from other locations outside of Orlando.

Labor for non-exhibit material is billed separately, examples would be product merchandising, unpacking your giveaways, and packing them up after the show.

General Contractor services like material handling, rigging, electrical, internet, cleaning, or show management charges are not included and will be ordered and billed separately.
